Searching for Document Images?

All recorded documents are indexed by the name of the principal parties, the location of the land (abstract), and the type of document. These records are open for public inspection, allowing anyone to access and review them. When a legal description is provided, documents are also indexed by property location. Copies of these documents are available for purchase at our office, and can be conveniently accessed online at no charge.

  • Official Records (1870 - Present):
    • Available as official record books, microfilm, and scanned images
  • Alphabetical Index:
    • 1870 - January 1978: Handwritten records
    • January 1978 - Present: Computerized records
  • Abstract Record:
    • 1870 - September 1985: Handwritten and typed records
    • May 1980 - Present: Computerized and available online
